These Terms of Service set forth the conditions and procedures for using odorcast.com (the "Service") operated by SCENTEC CO., LTD. (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
(1) These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service or otherwise announced. (2) The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law; amendments are announced at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). (3) Continued use of the Service after the announcement constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to system maintenance, replacement, failure, communication outage, natural disaster, or other unavoidable circumstances, with prior or subsequent notice.
(1) A user applies for membership by filling in the required information and agreeing to these Terms. (2) The Company may refuse or later terminate membership for legitimate reasons such as identity theft or false information.
(1) A member may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company processes it immediately. (2) The Company may restrict, suspend, or revoke membership if a member violates these Terms or applicable law.
The Company strives to provide the Service continuously and stably in accordance with applicable law and these Terms, and protects users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Company may delete or restrict posts that violate applicable law or these Terms, or that infringe the rights of others, without prior notice.
(1) Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service and works created by the Company belong to the Company. (2) Copyright in posts belongs to the member who created them; the Company may use posts within the scope of operating and promoting the Service.
(1) Forecast and diagnosis results provided by the Service are estimates for reference only, based on weather/environmental data and model calculations, and may differ from actual conditions. (2) They have no legal effect; users are responsible for decisions made based on them. (3) The Company is exempt from liability when it cannot provide the Service due to causes not attributable to it, such as natural disasters or failures of external data providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
These Terms are effective as of August 13, 2026.
